Both the GM and the Executive Chef are Swiss and it has been a tradition to give the resort a touch of Swiss hospitality. The attention to personal service and good food are an essential ingredient of the hotel. We are a family friendly hotel and welcome our guests in a wonderful garden setting

I would to say thank you to everyone at the resort for our lovely holiday. We spent a wonderful week from August 10-18 relaxing on the beach, enjoying good food and admiring the beautiful gardens. Our room was kept so clean. The pools were great and the massages superb. We liked the Thai themed entertainment and Mr. Jarro’s music was excellent. The hotel was perfect for us and we will certainly be able to recommend it to customers and friends. It is obvious that everyone works very hard to make certain that the guests have everything that they could possibly require. There really isn’t any need to go anywhere else once you have checked in. Just a short note to say a very big thank you to you and your team of outstanding staff. We are pleased to have chosen Paradise beach for our holiday and hope to make it back this time next year. This was my first holiday when I did not want to return to the real world of work. I find that after 7-10 days on holiday I want to go back to work. This time that did not happen. I belive this was due to the incredible staff you choose to work in this resort. Congratulations on finding a team that can truly be called exemplary, outstanding. Ich wollte mich noch einmal für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Eurer Anlage vom 06.02. bis 24.02.2009 bedanken. Wir haben uns phantastisch erholt und den Aufenthalt sowie den Service sehr genossen – nur leider komme ich erst jetzt dazu mich zu melden, der Alltag hat einen doch eher wieder als man denkt.
